Service Description

Thakra means buttermilk and Dhara means pouring. It is a traditional ayurvedic procedure where in a stream of medicated buttermilk is poured on to the forehead. This therapy is highly effective in treating insomnia, depression, hypertension, psoriasis, migraine, dandruff, etc. In case of psoriasis, Takra dhara is performed on the affected area to have a curative effect.
